Copyright Policy

By registering, artists are agreeing to JV Studio Art's Copyright Policy and we strongly encourage artists to review this information in full. 

 

When you upload an artwork for display within the JV Studio Art community you agree to the following image usage terms:

 

• You will upload only artworks that are created by you for sale. 

• You have obtained all necessary releases or authorizations for the use of likeness used as reference when making your original artwork.  

 

It is JV Studio Art's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property Rights 

 

The sale of an original artwork through JV Studio Art’s services does NOT constitute the transfer of intellectual property to the owner of a physical artwork. JV Studio Art does not offer any such services that would formally transfer copyright of or transfer of any intellectual content sold through our services. 

 

Purchase of an artwork by members does NOT allow for any commercial use of the artwork in their possession.
