Canceling Original Orders

All buyers have the right to cancel their order of an Original artwork any time before shipment, and are able to return it if unsatisfied with the work as long as JV Studio Art is notified within the 7-day Return Policy In light of our 7-day return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you're absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please immediately contact our Support Team and provide your order details.

Please note that all return shipments must be arranged through JV Studio Art and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).
