Adjusting Your Handoff

In the first email that you receive during a sale you will be asked to select the shipment date for your packaged artwork. 

Once you begin your packaging process, and any other details (when applicable) you may find that you need more time before your package is ready to ship or the location where your packaged artwork will be picked up may need to change. 

 

You will be able to adjust your expected handoff date by sending us an email help@jvstudiosart.com. JV Studio Art will inform your client of the updated timeline for the arrival of their new artwork.
