Store Credit is provided via EGift Card.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

On the gift card page, select an amount, quantity, enter the recipient's details, set when the card is to be delivered, and pay. After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation about the purchase.

How do I apply a Gift Card to a purchase?

To redeem the card, During checkout, click Redeem a gift card and enter your unique gift card code.  
 

 What happens if I do not use the complete gift card amount?

Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used in future purchases.

Can I apply multiple Store Credits to an order?

Only one Gift Card can be applied in cart to an order at this time.
 

Can I combine multiple Gift Cards for one purchase?

No, Gift Cards cannot be combined at this time.
 

Can I use a promotional discount with a Gift Card?

Yes, select enter a promo code during Checkout. If the promotional discount code does not apply, then it may not be applicable any longer.

Will my Gift Card expire?

No, gift cards do not expire.

Can I cancel or return a Gift Card?

No, after purchase, you cannot cancel or refund a Gift Card.  If an artwork that is purchased with a gift card is returned or canceled by the recipient, the refunded amount will be provided via EGift Card.
